Ahmed Ebeid is a seasoned professional and senior executive with over 27 years of experience leading major capital programs across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Middle East. He has served as Projects Department Director, Project Controls Director, Contracts Advisor, and PMO Leader on portfolios exceeding SAR 10 billion in value.
Ahmed specializes in project controls, planning and scheduling, and forensic delay analysis. He has successfully led the implementation of enterprise-level PMOs (EPMO, P3O), digital project governance frameworks, and advanced performance dashboards for high-profile public and private clients. He has also acted as expert advisor in construction claims and disputes, preparing and defending multi-million-dollar delay and cost claims. He supported clients across various sectors from power & water, to infrastructure, real estate, high rise towers, heritage redevelopment, and urban transformation. Some of the projects that he has been involved in include a multi-billion tunnel project, shopping malls, hotel complexes, multi-use developments, roads, railways, power plants, and water plants projects.
Ahmed has extensive experience across all major forms of dispute resolution including arbitration, expert determination, and amicable settlement negotiations. His contract expertise covers a wide spectrum of forms including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, the Saudi Public Works Contract, Saudi Aramco standard form contracts, and numerous bespoke and hybrid contracts across complex project settings.
Ahmed holds a masters in construction law & Arbitration (LLM) from Robert Gordon University – 2019, and a BSc. degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University – 1998. He also is a Certified Earned Value Professional (EVP), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), Society of Construction Law, PMI, and AACE.
Ahmed is bilingual in Arabic and English and is uniquely positioned to advise and lead project controls, institutional transformation and delivery strategies across complex, multi-stakeholder environments throughout Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
Tarek Ismail is a highly accomplished Project Management Consultant with over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. He earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo in 2002, following a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the same institution in 1997 and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1991.
In 2007, Tarek played a pivotal role in developing project management strategies and methodologies for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA). He has successfully established and operated Project Management Offices (PMOs) for several organizations, including the Madina Development Authority and the Madina Regional Municipality, demonstrating his leadership and strategic vision. His experience as a Project Control Manager encompasses large-scale projects such as the Ismailia Tunnels under the Suez Canal, showcasing his ability to drive complex initiatives to success. He is also experienced in Design Management, having contributed to the development of the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
Tarek is committed to continuous professional development, having participated in numerous workshops on Project Management, Strategic Management, and Quality Management across Japan, the USA, the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. His dedication to the field is reflected in his active membership in prestigious organizations, including the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Association for Cost Engineers (AACE), the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), and the Egyptian Syndicate for Engineers. Tarek’s diverse expertise and collaborative approach make him a valuable asset in the realm of project and program management.
